Spent an amazing Xmas break in a remote hotel nestled in a beautiful valley with stunning views of the mountains. The staff was incredibly friendly and always eager to help. The food was great with a top-notch breakfast and dinner that exceeded my expectations. The public bathroom and onsen were relaxing and well-equipped. The samue and hoari provided were warm and comfortable. A truly wonderful experience.
The hotel was far from town, leaving guests with very few local food options. The language barrier made it difficult to fully enjoy the meals or communicate with the staff.
